Production Planning Engineer

Greetings from Endress + Hauser Flowtec India Private Limited, Waluj Aurangabad.

We are looking for Production Planning Engineer

Candidate must be –
– BE Mech
• 4 to 5 years of experience in production/material planning
• Hands on experience in SAP SD activities (End user)
• MS office skills (SharePoint, MS Word, Excel, Power Point.)
• Advance excel (Formula/Statistics method/Pivot tables)
• ISO/IMS know how

Expected Job responsibilities –

Working Experience in SAP SD Module.
• Sales order handling in SAP.
• Should have knowledge for order to dispatch processes.
• Coordination with internal planning team & releasing timely order confirmation to
customers.
• Participation in daily production meetings & presenting the data related to open orders,
Backlog orders, Urgencies if any.
• Do internal review of customer order backlogs and provide periodic updates to the
customer/Sales centers.
• Communication with Sales centers (International environment) for order confirmations,
changes or delays if any.
• Coordination with QA & Production team for smooth execution orders.
• Coordinate day-to day basis with logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Coordination with TPI/Customers for FAT/Witness orders.
• Responsible to submit the FAT/Witness documents to Customers for FAT/Witness orders.
• Knowledge of SAP-PP module.
• Handling of Production order, production order scheduling, Production order Printing.
• Track material requirement/ shortages & set alarms to planning team.
• Material requisition/PO creation etc.
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills, able to communicate cross-functionally
